I visited the clinic with slight emergency request to do the X-ray for my son, I had a good experience from the first call - the lady from the reception was so kind and she let me to calm down since I was a bit worried about my kid. Once we arrived to the clinic the action was taken very fast, the nurse and doctor were very helpful and treated as with care.Definitely good experience. Thank you for your help and service!

Very slow pharmacy, only 1 attendant and 10 customers, you have to wait for 45 mins to 1hr for your medicines

Terribly under staffed. I just spent an hour waiting for my prescription medicine from HealthHub centres. One woman handling 6-7 clients. Lady is very helpful but she is unable to handle the crowd by herself. Didn’t expect this level of cost cutting from Al Futtaim.

If you end up buying medicine from this pharmacy make sure you have atleast 40-45 minutes spare time as that is what it takes to get medicine from this pharmacy.
